Jolissa Jiles, helped me booked my family’s trip to Costa Rica for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Jolissa went beyond on planning my family’s flights, transportation, and Resort on finding us the best deal that we could afford. Everything went smoothly and my family was super excited about the overall experience. Jolissa on the day of departure and to end of our trip was communicating to make sure we were happy with everything. Jolissa was amazing from beginning to end!!! She was super responsive, friendly and made sure my trip went smoothly. Whenever I needed anything she was on it and whenever I had questions she was quick to answer. Booking was extremely simple, and even though I had so many changes and worries Jolissa did a wonderful job informing and reassuring again. I would definitely work with Jolissa again!
