Our cruise to Alaska was amazing and flawless thanks to Mike. He was very patient and communicated with us in depth knowing this was the first time we scheduled a vacation through a travel agent. He went above and beyond making sure we made the most out of our time on the ship as well as in ports. We made plans to spend the evening in SFO before flying home but on the 9th day of the cruise, my husband came down with a nasty head cold. I reached out to Mike and he quickly rescheduled our flight to get us home early.

I had a travel emergency not knowing Mike Ryan from Unlimited Journeys Travel was on a cruise with his family. I emailed him about my problem and he reached back to me while he was in port. He was able to secure the flight for my son and grandchild, something I couldn’t do through the airlines. He went over and beyond what most people would do.
