Holli had alot of patience with us as this was our first cruise. She was very helpful with all my questions.

American cruise line took good care of us. No extra charges, everything included

On a whim, I stopped @ Travel Leaders and met Holli. I asked if she could research an Alaskan cruise with visits to a few national parks. In a matter of days, Holli sent me several proposals: 7, 10 and 14 days. She thoroughly walked me through the options, listening carefully to my questions and adapting to what were my priorities. Holli then sent me my three favorites, complete with cost, excursions available and the itineraries. One I chose the 7 day cruise and 7 day land tour, Holli set up my phone for the Princess app, talked me through travel insurance and packages available. She booked a hotel in Vancouver one day ahead of our departure and booked Delta round trip nonstop flights. Closer to our embarkation date, Holli printed off all our necessary paperwork. The trip went exactly as Holli planned it!! Thank you for all the expertise you gave me for my first cruise and first trip to Alaska!!

Holli handled all of our trip plans with American Cruise Lines. She always kept me updated and let me know what excursions they offered and what our payment options were. 30 days before our trip she finalized our trip info, airline times, excursions available, and any other items that needed to be completed. If I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was email or call her and she always got back to me in a timely manner!! We’ll be using Holli as our travel agent on any future trips.

Holli did a terrific job, from start to help during the trip. Before the trip she kept us informed, and sent many informative papers. During the trip she helped with the sleeping arrangements for all 3 hotels, and able to change an event 1 day so we could see our distant relatives on a centuries old farm.

Holli was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs from day one. She provided everything we needed and went over things thoroughly! We will continue to use her in the future!!

Holli helped put together a fantastic family trip to Fort Myers Beach.
