Robin is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and approachable.She really helped a single senior take trip in harsh winter conditions and all went well. The fact that the connecting flts were more than a few hrs. between them was a trip saver completely..highly recommend that in future..also flying thru DallasFW is good as the airport is terrific...newer,well laid out, efficient.great amenities. Next time I have to do this trip would do same route.Also recommend staying at airport in Bangor,ME pre and post as its a lifesaver too.Thank you Robin.

Robin gave us exactly what we requested. We had a super time, everything from the air travel, hotel, cruise, etc. flowed easily for us. Good room location, easy access to the Serenity deck. Enjoyed it immensely!!

Robin planned our all inclusive to Aruba trip right down to every detail! Airfare All insurance, shuttles to & from airports, our stay at a beautiful place Antillas excellent room, wonderful beach, beautiful views, excellent weather, food, shopping, wonderful nice people. It will be a wonderful memory. Our trip back we had to stay in Philly because our flight was cancelled back to Bangor it was a very nice hotel. We had a few hiccups in Philly but every single time something popped up all I had to do was reach out to Robin & she would be right there to take care of what was going on. Highly recommend Robin as a matter of fact I’ve already started looking for next years vacation. Very Happy with everything she did for us! & have already recommended her to friends & family for their travel plans!
