Amanda was extremely helpful in planning our first Universal Trip in Orlando. The entire experience from booking to arrival was a breeze. Amanda checked in with us prior to our trip, wished us a happy departure and encouraged us to let her know if we needed anything upon arrival. Knowing she was in control of the planning of our trip allowed us to just relax and enjoy.

Amanda was amazing to work with! We were planning a very short Disney trip (2 nights, 1 park) on our way to the beach. Amanda treated this trip like any other, she was there every step of the way to help us with our options and plans. She was up early on our park day and managed to snag our desired Lighting Lanes (Guardians at Epcot) for us! She was in constant contact giving us tips or answering questions that came up throughout our Park Day. We had amazing dining reservations as well! One of our best trips yet!

We love Amanda! She absolutely put the magic into our trip to Disney! With her help, everything went so smoothly! From helping choose the perfect resort for our family and our budget, to assistance with getting passes to our favorite rides, to obtaining dining reservations for our favorite restaurants…Amanda made it all happen! She knows the Disney resorts and parks inside and out, and was able to give us so many great suggestions. Her enthusiasm for making people happy is infectious.
