An AMAZING first cruise!
Patrick was so very helpful when I was looking to book my vacation. He was so patient with me when I was trying to decide what best fit our schedule, timeline and budget. He helped me choose the perfect cruise and room. The attention to detail was an added bonus as I am not very organized, but he provided me with a packing list, gave recommendations on what to do while on the ship, excursions I would like and so forth. There was absolutely no high pressure sales and I felt like he was working for me not for a commission. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A WONDERFUL wedding anniversary!
Our Anniversary trip truly began with a sit down meeting with Patrick. He listened to all that we were hoping for from destinations to cultural experience to food/wine but overall, a vibe. He took copious notes and sure enough, he pulled it ALL together. We traveled from Venice to Portofino to Switzerland. From there a Viking River cruise took us all the way up the Rhine where we saw beautiful cathedrals, castles and quaint but vibrant German and French villages and cities. The cuisine was all I had hoped for with a touch of elegance yet not stuffy. Amazing food, nice accommodations and incredibly smooth sailing! While I had hoped for more castle views along the Rhine, we didn’t spend much time sailing during daylight hours so it actually worked out perfectly! Thanks Patrick for your incredible ability to transform our dream into a reality. It was a total “10”!!!
