I had had no experience traveling out of the US, nor experience working with a travel agent, but knew I needed assistance for a trip to the Mideast. I contacted Erin and she patiently and good-humoredly guided me through every step! From Choosing the style of travel, cost, location etc she offered great suggestions. And once decisions were made she provided information on all needed documentation, etc that would be required! The trip was 5* all the way and there was not one “bump in the road” the entire time! It was spectacular! She was absolutely wonderful to work with and I look forward to working with her on my next adventure! And plan to recommend her highly to friends and family!!!!

Erin was Great! She is knowledgeable about Disney World. She answered all of our questions. If she did not know the answer fully she worked on her end to get it. I asked for her own personal opinion on some things and she gave her honest opinion. I really appreciate that. She gave really good recommendations. For our dining experiences she was able to get them booked. Because of her experience she was very prepared and asked what if the times we provided were not available? Would we like her to book a time around what we provided and/or take whatever was available? We said yes. We trusted her. Worst case scenario we could always cancel the reservation if it did not work for us. Before leaving for our trip there was an unexpected plan change out of our control. We let her know as soon as we found out. She jumped into action to give us the best options possible. We had to add one day to our stay. If I remember correctly this was a 2-3 day process or looking and checking and rechecking availability. I was very impressed with her willingness to go (what I felt) above and beyond. The dining plan she helped us decide to get or not to get. We did get it. Her knowledge of the dining plan was spot on. She gave great tips and tricks on how to use it effectively for our family. Her personality was great. I'm sure that I am missing or forgetting some things, but it was all good. I highly recommend Erin. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Erin Zempel helped us plan what became the most magical family adventure we could have imagined. Traveling as a three-generation group can be complicated, but Erin made every step feel effortless. She crafted an incredible, joy-filled Disney World experience that brought our whole family together and created core memories for the little ones—moments we’ll cherish for years to come. From choosing the perfect place to stay, to navigating transportation options, to offering dining recommendations and insights from her own family’s experiences, Erin provided thoughtful guidance without ever being prescriptive. She was patient with every question, consistently available, and genuinely committed to ensuring our satisfaction. Her dining recommendations were spot on! We enjoyed several character meals at the tastiest restaurants. Thanks to her care and expertise, we enjoyed a magical and memorable trip.

Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with! She truly truly truly understood what mattered most to me in planning our first family trip to Walt Disney World and helped us create an unforgettable experience. Traveling as a family of 6 can feel incredibly overwhelming, esp when trying to stay w/in budget while making the most of every moment but Erin made it all feel manageable and so very exciting. She walked me through every detail, answered all of my (many!) questions and gave honest advice about what was truly worth it and what we could skip. I’m so grateful for her guidance and cannot recommend her enough! We will be planning all of our Disney trips with Erin moving forward!!

Erin was amazing to work with when she helped organize our Disney trip to California for our family of eight. From the start, she was extremely professional, on top of every detail, and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. The communication was excellent, and it made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how supportive she was even while we were actually at the parks. At California Adventure, we ran into a frustrating situation where several rides were down, and Erin immediately suggested we go to Guest Services. It turned out to be great advice — we ended up receiving extra perks, and it really helped turn the day around. I would absolutely recommend Erin to anyone planning a Disney vacation. She was organized, reliable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.

Erin made sure our trip ran smoothly. She went beyond what she needed to do to make sure our rooms were nexr to the grandkids. She took care of everything, nothing for us to worry about.

Plans went smoothly and the trip was Perfect. Erin was very professional, thoughtful and friendly with lots of patience I would highly recommend her for any travel planning very thorough making sure we had everything ready for our trip to Hawaii. Thank you so very much. Best trip ever ??

Erin was amazing to work with. She was always SO quick to respond to emails! She was very thorough when answering my questions and gave insight into a lot of things I would have not known otherwise about the parks and my stay. Would 100% recommend her and will be using her again next year when planning our vacation!

I found Erin through the website The Magic for Less Travel. She was always prompt to reply to any e-mails - she took time out of her schedule one morning where she was at a convention to call me to answer questions I had. She arranged for us to cancel one hotel and get into another - giving us valuable advice where to stay for convenience and comfort. She sent our request to the hotel for a specific area (Aruba at Caribbean Beach Resort) - and we got it. She was just outstanding to work with and very knowledgeable.

Erin helped me plan a fantastic birthday trip to Disney! She was knowledgeable and helped work with my budget to make aure I had the best time there. She had a ton of tricks and tips for me to enhance the stay, and was available for any questions I had. Will definitely be using her services again and recommend others do to.
