First Alaskan Cruise

Michelle was very helpful with the planning process of our Alaskan cruise, providing itineraries from various cruise lines. We had a couple of people in our party with mobility issues and Michelle help us with research and helped book us an accessible cabin. We had a wonderful trip but did have a few bumps on the way and had to use our travel insurance, in which Michelle freely offered assistance with the process. Glad we used a travel agent and would use Michelle again to plan a cruise!

Bavaro Beach is so beautiful! The sand is like powder and the water is gorgeous. The Dominican people are the nicest people and provide great customer service.

A fantastic time with good friends

On the front end, Michelle was extremely helpful in both booking and helping us with what type and where our cabin would be . Michelle also gave us information and guided us through the Trip insurance process as well as dining times and reminders of booking shows and other entertainment.. helpful information on excursions and eventually upcoming check-in and also parking in our case
