We had a fantastic experience booking our cruise with Jessica! She worked with our budget and our requests for specific room needs for our family of 6. The cruise ship ended up having issues and needing to cancel our itinerary the week before our trip, and Jessica handled all of it with no issues and got us rebooked with what we needed. It could have been really stressful, but she helped us get it straight!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Jessica! I gave her a very vague idea of what we wanted to do to celebrate our ten year anniversary and she DELIVERED! She was incredibly dependable, knowledgeable, and communication was top notch! We loved her so much, we booked family cruise through her. I’m so excited about the ease of knowing that she has everything taken care of!

Jessica is amazing

Jessica led me through all of the details of the trip and made sure I was prepared, step by step. I would’ve never traveled out of country alone without her confidence and guidance.

Jessica helped us find and book a family cruise.

Hassell Free Travel booked my husband and I a quick trip to Disney World. She made the process very simple and Hassel free! I will definitely use her skill and knowledge in the future for other trips!

When your life gets turned upside down right before a vacation, it is important to have a great agent to protect your interests and to go to bat for you. You will not get that with most. My family was blessed to have Jessica Hassell as our travel agent when tragedy struck. One of our young family members unexpectedly passed within a month of a family cruise. We were devastated and grief stricken. By law, the cruise line didn’t have to do much if anything for us. Jessica Hassell went to bat for our family and helped us get our loved ones money back. I know it was a lot of extra work for her but she cared enough to fight for our family and we are so grateful. I have not been able to travel since then, but I had her book my husbands cruise. I have recommend Jessica to others. When I get to go on another destination vacation, I will call her because I know that she will look out for my best interest. I know someone that booked everything on line and the entire vacation blew up because of flight cancellations and she had no one to turn to in her time of need. Jessica would have found a way to help her if she had used her. This is not just a job for Jessica. This is her passion.

I emailed Jessica about a trip for me and my husband to go to Japan next year. She emailed me back with a hour and got me the information in a timely matter. She listened to what my family needed and got it.She explained everything and the price could not be beat. I would use her everything for a vacation. We book soon.

My husband and I just booked our second cruise through Jessica. She made the process super easy and is there every step of the way to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend using her services and we plan to continue as well!

Jessica had quotes for me so fast the booking was easy breezy. Jessica is amazing at what she is doing. I have her many options and she was on point
