Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped us book a ski trip with our 10 year old son as his birthday celebration. Booking a call with her through Calendly was super easy, and from the start, she was incredibly friendly, a great listener, and an excellent communicator. She handled everything flawlessly, ensuring a smooth planning process. Since we booked well in advance, her follow-ups were especially helpful, keeping everything on track. Even after our trip, she checked in to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend her for a stress-free travel experience!

Joy nailed this vacation at a macro & micro level. I love culture, food, nature and history. Joy created the best trip to see the country. She planned for the large; Octoberfest at a small biergarten and the main halls. Effort into the details too, two remote castles with tours. I saw farms, hills, coocoo clocks, and depths of Berlin and Munich. Munich’s better. WWII and Soviet control history. I visited sites to learn, feel the citizen's life and see how horrific it was 1st hand. The Jewish Museum was impactful. Trip was two weeks and Joy strategized every minute, even rest. She struck balance of spending money on the right things, a hotel room surrounded by exotic cars, or castles. Saved money where we could without compromise, free tours (+tips) led by smart ambitious history students. She was quick to help me too; looking for the bus station, got on the wrong train, and finding a tour when we missed one. Joy is breaking into the travel industry, and she is worth it.

Joy did an amazing job putting together a fabulous trip!!! We were so looking forward to visiting the smokies and my alma mater. Unfortunately, on so many levels, we had to rush back home due to a family emergency. Joy was so gracious and compassionate helping us cancel the unused portion of our trip. It was such a blessing to have her take care of those details at such a difficult time. Thank you, Joy. We look forward to having Joy book lots of adventures for us in the future!

Our summer trip to France contained many moving parts when we introduced our ideas to Joy. She listened and immediately responded with excellent questions and good concepts for us to consider. We were captivated with how easy it was to work with Joy from inception of planning through our arrival back home in the US. She is inquisitive, informative, and worked well with us as a couple. We both felt like we were a team working together throughout. In the process of working together we created a trip that exceeded any preconceived notions we had about this vacation. She took our ideas and magnified them into solid daily agendas that blended perfectly. Traveling internationally has its own issues and Joy guided us through vast intricacies from metro stops to travel insurance, air ticketing, drivers, hotel selections, reservations, customs requirements, and seamless communications with a European Concierge. She was ahead helping to pave the way that made our trip exciting, educational, meaningful and as concern-free as possible. We carried our trip arrangements in an app in our phones. We both felt supported during our travels. We have every confidence that Joy can handle any issues and concerns that come her way. After all, that is part of travel. We had a remarkable trip thanks to her skills.

Joy was an amazing help and resource in helping to plan our trip to Germany this past summer to visit my family. She found an amazing hotel, with AC, and enough room where our children could stay in the same room as us. It also was within our preferred location, just a five minute walk from my cousins. One of the unexpected things in working with Joy was all the helpful tip emails she sent leading up to our departure which helped our confidence in knowing we will be able to travel safely, and also her tips allowed us to travel carry-on only for a family of four!!!! This not only made our arrival in Germany and coming back home faster, but it also made it where my children didn't ask for a million things on our travels (I've since realized carry-on only is the best way to travel with my children - LOL). We will be using Joy again as she is knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
