Alexandra helped us not only get this fabulous cruise but helped us do some upgrades and got us some extras because we were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and late honeymoons because of covid. It was an amazing cruise and it was on a bucket list for a couple of us that were on the trip together. She did everything she could to make sure that we had the best trip ever. I travel a lot and also entertain frequently so when I needed to combine both( my wedding) I decided to do contact a travel agent to assist in me. Alexandra was the best decision I made. Wonderful assistance in all phases of planning the trip, including Insurance, hand holding to help with decisions. Also was prompt and complete if any changes were made. I made my own airlines as we like direct flights, which you rarely get with cruise supplied flights. I’m used to doing this myself. Alexandra was very helpful in helping judge times that I needed. Also was very good in helping me book excursions. She took complete care of this. Even a last minute excursion and internet sign-up. She gave me tips on getting one place to another when we were in Seattle. Her choice of Cabin position on ship was very good for us.

I We were out of the ship right away, that is an amazing customer service, everyone was so happy that we all got off the ship to go to the beach in Cayman Island and not losing time in line, everyone was so happy. Although when cruising price is not the only thing that is important, the knowledge that she provides her customers in selecting your stateroom according to their needs and location on the ship is also extremely valuable.
