Group Cruise Expert

I was referred by a friend and it was the smoothest booking experience ever! Alexandra found the best options with the information I had given her and booked everything for my family and I with no issues.

Alexandra provides truly outstanding service. She is always available, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She works hard to find the best pricing and continually looks for ways to add value. Recently, she noticed a price drop on our Celebrity cruise and secured both a refund of the difference and onboard credit. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients make her an exceptional travel advisor. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a vacation.

Alexandra was the best travel agent we could have asked for. She was professional, always available to answer our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She quickly booked an amazing trip for me and my husband on the MSC World America as we celebrated our 10-year anniversary. Everything was handled perfectly, allowing us to truly enjoy our special milestone. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for our next vacation. Thank you, Alexandra, for making this celebration so memorable.

We started planning a Caribbean Cruise in the Summer of 2025. I made my request to the travel agency and quickly received a call back from Alexandra. Alexandra presented herself on our first phone conversation with great integrity and a great desire to listen to all of my vacation wishes for the Cruise. Alexandra made continuous effort to communicate all information the entire seven plus months of Cruise preparations. So looked forward to Alexandras phone visits, her personal warm and caring concern to make sure we were going to have a memorable Cruise. Alexandra made a point to check in just before our departure and assured us that she was a phone call, text or email away should any thing arise prior to setting sail. Alexandra requested that after the trip we connect. She wanted to hear our Princess Cruise experience and if there was anything she could have done different. We are very happy with Alexandra and her travel planning.

Everything from start to finish was a great experience! Communication was great and all questions were answered. All connections were explained well and went smoothly. We have already recommended you to a person who wants to book an Alaskan Cruise...we gave her your contact info.

Alexandra helped to make this cruise trip to Greece the best ever! She kept in touch with us and when we had any questions, we got an answer almost immediately. She was truly on top of everything. And when we wanted to upgrade our room, she was on that so quickly, that we truly were impressed with the attention and care that she gave our needs. She got us in contact with the transportation from the airport to our Airbnb, and then from the Airbnb to the boat. Making decisions about what kind of excursions we were going to go on with another thing that she helped us with as well. Honestly, whatever question we had, she was there. It was smooth sailing for us from beginning to end! Thank you, Alexandra, for making a wonderful bucket list dream come true for all of us!

I can't say enough about Alex La Riva. She is an incredible travel professional who combines compassionate caring for her clients with attentive research and detail-oriented execution of their travel plans. From the day you ask your first question to the day your travel begins, Alex is right there giving reminders and making suggestions to optimize your trip. She has also been invaluable when our plans have needed to be cancelled. She really knows her way around the travel industry and brings that experience and expertise to bear for anyone lucky enough to be using her services.

Alexandra helped us not only get this fabulous cruise but helped us do some upgrades and got us some extras because we were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and late honeymoons because of covid. It was an amazing cruise and it was on a bucket list for a couple of us that were on the trip together. She did everything she could to make sure that we had the best trip ever. No pressure, just enough to give us information and help guide us into what we really wanted to have this fabulous and most amazing trip. I would highly recommend her on every level! If you want a special trip and all of the extras that come with it, contact her please. You will not regret it.

From day one, our cruise travel agent, Alexandra, was incredibly informative and attentive, guiding us through every aspect of the process—from the initial planning stages all the way through embarkation and the cruise itself. She thoughtfully covered details we hadn’t even considered, and as a result, the entire experience turned out far better than we ever expected. She was exceptionally accommodating, always focused on securing the best possible deals at the ideal time for our family. Everything she recommended was intentional and well thought out—nothing wasteful—yet the experience felt truly luxurious and effortless. She made sure we had everything we needed while still creating a pleasurable, high-end travel experience. Throughout the months leading up to the cruise, she was consistently available, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions. Her responsiveness and knowledge gave us complete confidence and peace of mind. Exceptional doesn’t begin to describe her level of service. We have traveled extensively around the world and across many forms of travel, and her professionalism and attention to detail stand out at the highest level. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a cruise or any type of travel planning—and I already have recommended her to many others without hesitation.

Wonderful assistance in all phases of planning the trip, including Insurance, hand holding to help with decisions. Also was prompt and complete if any changes were made. I made my own airlines as we like direct flights, which you rarely get with cruise supplied flights. I’m used to doing this myself. Alexandra was very helpful in helping judge times that I needed. Also was very good in helping me book excursions. She took complete care of this. Even a last minute excursion and internet sign-up. She gave me tips on getting one place to another when we were in Seattle. Her choice of Cabin position on ship was very good for us.
