I've been in a hospitality industry related career as a meetings and event planner. Transitioning to a cruise focused travel agent with 21 cruises under my belt, my experience has afforded me the opportunity to hone my "shopping" skills to get the best return on your investment.
I am detail oriented with a "do what you say you will do" philosophy. Over the years, I have traveled to the Caribbean in the Fall and Winter, Alaska in the Spring and late Summer, as well as the Mexican Riviera and the Riviera Maya areas in the Spring and Summer.

My first cruise in over 20 years!

I did not want to think about any planning at all. Colleen took over, and it was perfect. The perfect room, the perfect excursions. She even booked the Specialty dining restaurants. All I needed to do was tell her what I liked and what I didn't like. And voila it was perfect.!!!
