Kim booked the Utopia of the Seas cruise for me and my family, and we had an amazing time! From start to finish, she provided top-tier service. She made sure my husband received all the assistance he needed and ensured the kids had a great experience as well. Everything was seamless, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I think the only thing she didn’t do was pack our bags for us—although at this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if she could!
