We went on our dream trip to Spain and Paris! Julie was super helpful and attentive every step of the way! We went to four different cities in Spain and also went to Paris. My husband and I are very thankful for Julie and her expertise in putting together our trip to Italy! We had such an amazing time, the planes departures and arrivals were planned perfectly, our hotels were soo cute. The full though-out plan of train travel and private airport shuttles was set up in a way that we didn’t have to figure it out on our own. Very easy to work with and communication was always there! Julie was amazing to work with for our Costa Rica trip. This was our first time working with a travel agent, and we found it so worth it! She was super professional, thoughtful, and very helpful in finding ways to make the most of our budget. Julie sent us updates before and during the trip. Everything was so well organized and planned out. She even forwarded reminders from our tour guides and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had the best experience planning our Japan trip with Dr.J! She made everything so easy from helping us figure out where to stay to suggesting the coolest spots to check out in Tokyo and Kyoto. The companies at Japan were also very professional. She gave us tips we never would’ve thought of (like getting train pass ahead of time). The train system is intimidating but she laid out all options for us The whole trip felt super smooth, and we never had to stress about the little things. Honestly, Julie was phenomenal! Very detail oriented, and I realized it at the end of my trip. She communicated frequently and consistently, which was awesome. This past Christmas, Julie got our family a wonderful home in Ruidoso,NM. However right before Thanksgiving, the supplier cancelled the reservation. Julie immediately got to work. She couldn't find a house in Ruidoso but she found one in Canyon Lake, TX. It was a different location but it was more affordable and closer to home. But the house itself was BEAUTIFUL. The atmosphere, environment, and THE HOUSE felt like we were in RUIDOSO,NM. All of our family fell in love with the house and Canyon Lake. It will definitely be a Christmas to remember thanks to Julie. We thought we were going to spend it at home but NOPE. Julie came to the rescue. Thank you Julie. Dr. Julie Reynoso is a great travel agent! She took our schedule and necessities in consideration, even when it was very last minute and found us a great place to stay in Waikiki, during peak travel time in Oahu! With a great view and easy access to the beaches! She went above and beyond when our schedules changed again and my friend had to check in before I did, and she managed to contact the hotel and sort things out within the hour.
