Texas Roadtrip

She planned our entire road trip across three different destinations and handled all the lodging and logistics. When an issue came up at one of the hotels (which was completely out of her control), she jumped in right away and handled it quickly and professionally. Our First Mexico Trip!

Going into the planning, my husband and I were unsure where to even begin. I reached out to Justina and within a day she was asking me questions on locations, budget, what we wanted to do, etc. She sent us several resorts with all the details! We picked the Secrets resort in Playa Del Carmen and it was amazing. Justina got our flights scheduled,told us exactly what to expect, reserved a wonderful activity going off the resort, and made the whole experience SUPER easy. I would highly recommend her and can’t wait for our next trip.

Justina was helpful and extremely knowledgeable as we planned our trip to Hawaii. She took the time to look into various islands and hotels in Hawaii. However, we decided to go the cruise route to see all the islands. She took care of all the details and even booked our excursions. Any questions or concerns we had were answered timely. My family is full of indecisive people but Justina was not phased. She tackled the job of finding a vacation to please 17 people. She was patient with our questions, requests, and changing opinions. She was available and willing to answer any questions and address concerns. When two families of our group had to cancel for unforeseen reasons, she was very helpful and accommodating. I received updates and itineraries and she even called a couple days before our departure to check in with us.

Justina was knowledgeable, helpful and handled all the details. She helped us plan a memorable couples trip. With her expertise experience, she was able to make suggestions to suit our taste and wants. Prior to the trip, she made sure we were prepared for international travel and made sure all our transportation accommodations were lined up. She advised us she was available via phone for any issues that would arise but of course none did! She checked in with us while on the trip. She had handled and arranged everything perfectly. We never would have found this location or planned a trip like this on our own. Justina made everything a breeze and made us realize yearly vacations like this are doable. It was perfect!
