We seriously cannot say enough good things about Julia Wile. I found her through Facebook after posting in the Royal Caribbean Brides and Grooms group back in April, and from that very first message, she was amazing. Julia helped us with everything. She booked our flights, set us up with our hotel in Fort Lauderdale where we stayed for four days, and handled all the details for our Royal Caribbean cruise. We boarded on December 29th, got married on December 30th, got off the ship January 2nd, and didn’t even get home until 1am. Through all of it, she was there. We live on the West Coast and Julia lives on the East Coast, and even with the time difference she always messaged back so fast. I could message her late at night and she would still respond even though it was three hours later for her. That alone meant so much during wedding planning when random questions pop up at the weirdest times. Any time we needed something handled, Julia would call Royal Caribbean for us and take care of it. She made everything so easy and took so much stress off of us. While we were on our cruise, she even checked in on us from her own cruise just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Somewhere along the way, she honestly became more than just our travel agent. We were messaging back and forth about our dogs and life, and it truly felt like talking to a friend who also happened to be amazing at her job. We are beyond grateful for everything Julia did for us and cannot recommend her enough. We will absolutely be using her again for future trips and sending anyone we know her way.

She chose the perfect cabins for us- midship and close to the elevator , exactly how I requested. The cruise itself was fantastic and the whole family enjoyed it. I got married in December 2025 on a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship and it was a beautiful wedding. My wedding was on embarkation day, so most got off the ship and only a handful of guest stayed on board for 7 days cruise. My husband and I have been planning the wedding for about a year plus before. I contacted Julia from November or December 2024 and she has been at my side from then up to the wedding day. Working with her felt like I had another bridesmaid supporting me throughout the planning process.
