The beauty is just so different from what I’m used to, and it’s impossible to describe just how awe-inspiring it is.Wildlife Everywhere One of the highlights of the trip was definitely the wildlife. I couldn’t believe how much we got to see, right from our balcony! Imagine sipping a warm coffee, gazing out over the water, and then spotting a whale breech in the distance. We also had the incredible opportunity to see so many bald eagles, a sight I never expected to witness so frequently. It felt like every day was a wildlife adventure!The Perfect Weather Now, I know you might be thinking, “But isn’t it cold in Alaska?” Surprisingly, the weather was fantastic during our trip. There was a cool breeze, but it wasn’t unbearable. Plus, being on the ship gave us the perfect balance—able to go out on deck and enjoy the fresh air, while also having the warmth and comfort of the ship just steps away. I Could Have Stayed Longer I never thought I’d say this, but I genuinely could have stayed on that ship for another 7 days. It was that magical. I’d already fallen in love with the stunning views and the incredible experiences, and I wasn’t ready for it to end. So, we’re already planning our next Alaskan cruise—and this time, we’re going to add a cruise tour to spend even more time exploring the beauty of Alaska.Final Thoughts If you’ve ever wondered if an Alaskan cruise is for you, I can’t recommend it enough.
