Very organized and good with providing the information needed.

Everything went just as planned, very pleased

Working with Andra was an absolute joy. We have never worked with an agent as thorough and knowledgeable about a trip ever. Andra answered all of our questions and concerns and put our minds at ease as we were nervous about going to Mexico because of the travel advisories. She clearly let us know about the taxes and fees we would need to pay so nothing was a surprise and helped us with our insurance requirements, the Quintana Roo airport taxes ect. She also made special requests for us at the property which they honoured and made our trip that much more enjoyable. We appreciated Andra’s enthusiasm and knowledge so much we intend on working with her again for our trip to Japan. We know we’ll be in good hands with someone who actually cares about people’s travels and enjoyment. Thanks again Andra it was wonderful working with you.

Working with Andra was a delight, she is very enthusiastic, very friendly and knowledgable, goes the extra mile for her clients.

Andra was amazing to work with. She provided lots of comparisons and gave helpful insights in our travel plans. She was always available when we had questions. Leading up to our travel she had all of our documents printed and organized which was greatly appreciated during our trip. After our trip, she reached out to hear about our experience. We will definitely be booking with Andra again, she made our last minute anniversary trip one to remember! Thank you for your patience while we worked out all the details!

Andra worked with us to plan a trip to Milan Italy for the Olympics (Flights), and then to Albufeirra Portugal. She was prompt, responsive, professional and provided great guidance. We had lots of back and forth to fine tune our plans and she patiently worked with us to accommodate our requests. I recommend Andra to help you plan your next trip!

This was the second time we have used Andra McCorquodale's expertise. We travelled to England and Scotland and everything was perfect. She was patient with our questions and responded quickly to emails & phone calls. Adjustments/changes were never a problem. We felt we were in good hands.

Andra was so accommodating. I have not traveled very much and Andra put my mind at ease . Trip went as planned and would highly recommend Andra for your travel needs. A very pleasant and knowledgeable person

We had 4 adults in our party, with 4 different budgets and wishes... and yet Andra was very understanding and attentive in working with us. Our trip was plotted to include areas that were connected to family roots. This meant that we were visiting some locations that were not typical tourist destinations and had fewer accommodation options. In instances where Andra was not familiar with these areas, she took special care to research and find the best that was available for us. In areas that she did know, she made excellent hotel recommendations that met our needs. We really appreciated her thorough attention to detail.

My husband doesn't like using a travel agent but he was so pleased with Andra's planning. She found us a vacation in our budget and she actively listened to what we were looking for. The snorkelling in the ocean at our resort was amazing. We swam with sea turtles and so many species of fish. We are travelling back to this resort in February with two of our adult children and their spouses and our first grandchild. We will be using Andra as our travel agent.

Andra is amazing with her clients she gives you everything you need for your trips and she handles all your needs perfectly

I recommend that you have Andra organize your holiday. From my first meeting with Andra, she made me feel very comfortable and confident that all of the detail that I was requesting for my holiday would be met. Andra was clear with all her communication and was ready to answer any of my concerns. As a result, my holiday was worry-free, and marvellous.

Andra handled our booking from day one, and kept us informed all the way through. Whenever we had a question, she looked into it for us and gave us a reply within a day or two. We had a wonderful trip that went without a hitch.Andra did a great job. She is great to work with and we will go to her when planning our next trip.

My friends and I went on a group destination trip to Mexico, departing from separate locations. Not always an easy experience. But with help from Andra and her fantastic recommendations, we got the most of our trip from the best time to travel to suggested resorts. Once we all came to a decision, Andra made it happen. It was a fabulous experience and given the opportunity again, she will be my go-to Travel Agent.

I recently returned from an amazing scuba diving trip to Cozumel, Mexico, and I cannot recommend Andra McCorquodale from Ellison Travel enough for helping make this experience unforgettable. From the moment I reached out to Andra, her professionalism and attention to detail stood out. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in my trip and tailored everything to perfection. Andra was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, which helped to ease any concerns I had leading up to the trip. She provided excellent recommendations for dive sites, local attractions, and her take on the resort I stayed at - Occidental Cozumel! Her insights made the trip one for the books! The dive operations Andra suggested were top-notch, with guides who were highly knowledgeable, safety-focused, and friendly. Every detail, from transportation to equipment, was organized seamlessly and made the trip that much more enjoyable! I’m already planning my nex

Andra is an amazing travel agent. She's young and vibrant and showed a lot of energy towards our booking. We had originally planned for an October 2024 trip but unfortunately had to cancel it and reschedule for February 2025. Andra went above and beyond by canceling our trip and looking at newer resorts when we rebooked. She knew I had an issue with the certain Airline so she made sure to let me know of any changes. Our vacation was beautiful and we felt no worries in the world because before we left Andra said I'm here for you every step of the way. I have recommended her to people who have booked and I will also be recommending her to more people. You can't go wrong with a fun, energetic and an experienced Traveler as you're travel agent.

Andra we excellent to work with. The communication was awesome, she responded within an hour during the week day. She answered all questions and had everything ready for our trip! She even followed up when we returned.

Andra set us up with the flights and with the turmoil at the time with Air Canada it was great to know Andra was working behind the scenes to ensure we were well informed.

Andra was great to work with. We emailed her requesting flights, and a rental car during a specific week in August. She was quick to find us 3 different options to choose from. Her communication with us was great she answered and explained our questions. She also made a suggestion for the Air Canada bus from Waterloo to Toronto Airport which we were happy with. I highly recommend Andra.

Right from the beginning, Andra was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. No matter how many questions I had, she was very patient, helpful and answered all our questions.

My husband and I went to Sandos Finisterra in Cabo San Lucas for our honeymoon and it was an incredible resort. Andra was so helpful when finding the right resort for our honeymoon. She provides us several options and breakdowns before choosing. Andra communicates very well and we enjoyed working with her to book our honeymoon, and will be using her in the future for our Europe trip!:) Thanks again Andra!

Andra answered our request for information on various trip ideas to Italy or Switzerland by bus tours or river cruises. She had done quite a bit of research and sent us a lot of different options to consider. We decided on the Best of Italy and Croatia cruise in September. Andra made the best possible choices for us related to the trip, arranged hotels, flights and transportation to and from port, answered all our questions and concerns (and there was lots!!) When we were in the process of booking, the news of possible shortages in fuel, airline strikes, etc. came to light and Andra made sure we had the proper trip insurance in place. It was step by step and what ifs. Due to an unexpected medical issue that arose during this planning, Andra made sure that we were covered just in case. Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel the trip. Andra cancelled the cruise for us and provided all the necessary documents needed to file for the insurance claim. She went above and beyond to help us fill out this claim. Andra is a wonderful travel agent and her attention to detail was a blessing in our case. We highly recommend her and will definitely be calling Andra for our next travel adventure!

I was really nervous and overwhelmed with booking a two week trip to Japan with my teenage boys but Andra not only took care of everything, but her suggestions were truly life savers! Everything was exceptionally curated with exact times, pick ups, documents and itineraries. Andra was extra-ordinarily patient with me with my requests or adding side trips on. We had the best trip and I will literally have to say that it is because of Andra xx

Hello, I cannot say enough about Andra as our travel agent. We have gone out west three times, and twice we were lucky enough to have her expertise and guidance when planning our trip. Andra is very friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and always got back to us quickly when we had a question. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or relatives to help them plan a trip. Excellent work Andra. Jackie Wilson

Andra helped us book a much needed getaway and dream vacation to Iceland! She was very responsive and worked with us to book a trip that was both very exciting and relaxing based on our request. She had excellent ideas on timing, location and tours. We look forward to working with her again on our next adventure!

All of Andra's suggestions were fantastic!! Had an amazing time and stayed in some wonderful recommended hotels.

Andra did a fantastic job organizing our group of 12 golfers. Our group wasn't an easy one and caused her some unexpected challenges. She proved she was up to those challenges. The itinerary Andra put together for us was professional and easy to follow. After returning home Andra asked questions regarding our stay at the resort and questions about the golf which shows her passion to learn and help make other clients staying at this resort as enjoyable as ours was.

We had an amazing time on our first cruise with our adult children for our 25th anniversary. The cruise was everything we could have asked for and more. Andra suggested Celebrity for us and she was right! The food, entertainment and ship were amazing. Couldn't have asked for more.

Andra has consistently provided excellent travel support. Everything from booking flights, destination shuttles, rearranging flights mid trip while travelling, emergency out of country information and complex itinerary changes, up-to-date communications, and she never forgets her clients requests and needs. I absolutely recommend her from a simple getaway to a more complex adventure and she is compassionate and understanding of all the travellers needs. Very professional and highly recommended.

Andra was amazing to work with. She was super friendly and listened to every little detail - all the items I listed that our vacation had to have, she made happen. She was beyond helpful and answered all our questions. She made our first ever trip a huge success and is helping to plan our next vacay!

It was my first time travelling to an all-inclusive tropical resort. Andra was so helpful and knowledgeable and took care of all the details, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Can't wait for next year!!

Andra organized our Rocky Mountaineer trip. We didn't start planning until May 2025 and she found available dates for us on the route we wanted to take. She also found flights for us from London ON. Andra made sure we met all the payment deadlines. She also printed off all the travel documents and went over them with us.

Everything, I mean everything was 200% perfect & beautiful! Vancouver's Coal Harbour is amazing. Our 12th-floor room at the Pinnacle Harbour Hotel provided exceptional views of the mountains and seaplanes coming & going daily (we actually took a seaplane tour over the harbour, mountains and city centre - was definitely a highlight). The drive up to Whistler was as beautiful as Andra described. Stopped in Squamish for lunch (The Copper Coil was excellent, very casual, specializing in smoked bbq dishes), food was topnotch. Nita Lake Lodge was the icing on the cake! I can't thank you enough Andra for personally knowing the property and recommending it to us. It was SO INCREDIBLY beautiful, exactly the atmosphere we were aiming for. Our room (1 bdrm. suite with a fireplace & large balcony) on the 3rd floor looking directly at the lake, was superbly appointed and was a treat to sit out on the balcony day & night taking in the scenery and quiet bustle below. A heat wave settled on

The experience with Andra was amazing, She. started assisting me in approximately Oct 2025 and it took many changes. from change of dates, to cancellation to we need to go now! Through out the ups and downs she stayed in touch and reacted quickly to accommodate us. She had a very detailed itinerary for us, made very good recommendations. As a result this trip went off extremely well. She had two groups to work with all going to the same location but had twi distinct different missions. This was more a working trip for my group to inspect a ShermanTank sitting in the town and the other group were two soldiers who would meet and live with a French family and learn how they remember the sacrifice of Canadians gave to liberate France. Her detailed itinerary enabled the two groups to navigate through Charles De Gaulla airport, get onto a train to Caen. She had arranged for my group to get a car and the went extremely well! The hotel she booked us in for our return was amazing the breakfast
