Andra answered all of our questions and concerns and put our minds at ease as we were nervous about going to Mexico because of the travel advisories. She clearly let us know about the taxes and fees we would need to pay so nothing was a surprise and helped us with our insurance requirements, the Quintana Roo airport taxes ect. She also made special requests for us at the property which they honoured and made our trip that much more enjoyable. We had 4 adults in our party, with 4 different budgets and wishes... and yet Andra was very understanding and attentive in working with us. Our trip was plotted to include areas that were connected to family roots. This meant that we were visiting some locations that were not typical tourist destinations and had fewer accommodation options. In instances where Andra was not familiar with these areas, she took special care to research and find the best that was available for us. In areas that she did know, she made excellent hotel recommendations that met our needs. We really appreciated her thorough attention to detail.

My husband doesn't like using a travel agent but he was so pleased with Andra's planning. She found us a vacation in our budget and she actively listened to what we were looking for. The snorkelling in the ocean at our resort was amazing. We swam with sea turtles and so many species of fish. We are travelling back to this resort in February with two of our adult children and their spouses and our first grandchild. We will be using Andra as our travel agent.

Andra is an amazing travel agent. She's young and vibrant and showed a lot of energy towards our booking. We had originally planned for an October 2024 trip but unfortunately had to cancel it and reschedule for February 2025. Andra went above and beyond by canceling our trip and looking at newer resorts when we rebooked. She knew I had an issue with the certain Airline so she made sure to let me know of any changes. Andra was great to work with. We emailed her requesting flights, and a rental car during a specific week in August. She was quick to find us 3 different options to choose from. Her communication with us was great she answered and explained our questions. She also made a suggestion for the Air Canada bus from Waterloo to Toronto Airport which we were happy with. Andra did a fantastic job organizing our group of 12 golfers. Our group wasn't an easy one and caused her some unexpected challenges. She proved she was up to those challenges. The itinerary Andra put together for us was professional and easy to follow. Andra organized our Rocky Mountaineer trip. We didn't start planning until May 2025 and she found available dates for us on the route we wanted to take. She also found flights for us from London ON. Everything, I mean everything was 200% perfect & beautiful! Vancouver's Coal Harbour is amazing. Our 12th-floor room at the Pinnacle Harbour Hotel provided exceptional views of the mountains and seaplanes coming & going daily (we actually took a seaplane tour over the harbour, mountains and city centre - was definitely a highlight). The drive up to Whistler was as beautiful as Andra described. Stopped in Squamish for lunch (The Copper Coil was excellent, very casual, specializing in smoked bbq dishes), food was topnotch. Nita Lake Lodge was the icing on the cake! I can't thank you enough Andra for personally knowing the property and recommending it to us. It was SO INCREDIBLY beautiful, exactly the atmosphere we were aiming for. Our room (1 bdrm. suite with a fireplace & large balcony) on the 3rd floor looking directly at the lake, was superbly appointed and was a treat to sit out on the balcony day & night taking in the scenery and quiet bustle below. The experience with Andra was amazing, She. started assisting me in approximately Oct 2025 and it took many changes. from change of dates, to cancellation to we need to go now! Through out the ups and downs she stayed in touch and reacted quickly to accommodate us. She had a very detailed itinerary for us, made very good recommendations. As a result this trip went off extremely well. She had two groups to work with all going to the same location but had twi distinct different missions. This was more a working trip for my group to inspect a ShermanTank sitting in the town and the other group were two soldiers who would meet and live with a French family and learn how they remember the sacrifice of Canadians gave to liberate France. Her detailed itinerary enabled the two groups to navigate through Charles De Gaulla airport, get onto a train to Caen. She had arranged for my group to get a car and the went extremely well!
