Working with Nicole Kocar was the best decision our family made when planning a 7-person (including 1 baby) trip to Hawaii. As a 60th birthday gift for our parents, my siblings and I decided on a family trip to Hawaii. This memorable event was not just a gift but the first time our family flew out on a vacation together. The looming stress of planning flights, hotels, transportation, food, etc for a large group was immediately gone after speaking with Nicole. She was incredibly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and treated this family trip as if it was her own- with tons of care and respect. She was mindful of our budget, was a professional of needing to keep our group's age and limitations in mind, and went out of her way give us options, options, and more options! Within one week of working with Nicole, our big items such as flight and hotel were booked and she saved us close to $2,000 as opposed to the "packages" we were considering prior to using her. After these big items, Nicole was patient and let us know when the best time to book our car rental was and she went out of her way to help us find restaurants and book activities for the whole family to enjoy. She allowed us the flexibility to split our trip cost without any headaches and using the portals she provided was such an organized way to keep everything in check- gone were my days of saving everything on my phone or needing to print boarding passes/ hotel confirmations. We had absolutely zero issues and instead, Nicole went out of her way to make our parents feel extra special with a thoughtfully written birthday note and treats waiting at the hotel. Again, she treated our parents as if they were her own and went above and beyond in making this "Hassle Free Hawaii" trip one of the best our group has ever experienced. We would highly, highly recommend Nicole's services and you simply will not find another agent that is more mindful, caring, kind, knowledgeable, organized, or responsive as her.

Nicole planned our honeymoon to Singapore and Thailand perfectly from start to finish. Every detail was incredibly well organized, and everything went smoothly throughout the entire trip. What really stood out was that her recommendations weren’t just about what to do, but when to do it — which made a huge difference and allowed us to make the most of every destination. All of the accommodations she booked were fantastic and in ideal locations — walkable to attractions or very easy to access transportation. We absolutely loved where we stayed. Singapore was amazing, and thanks to Nicole we were fully prepared for the weather, local events, and activities ahead of time, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thailand was unforgettable. Nicole created the perfect balance for our time there — island hopping, exploring cities and temples, incredible food, and plenty of fun and nightlife (not just for New Year’s!). It never felt rushed or overwhelming, just perfectly paced. Most importantly, Nicole truly made our honeymoon special. She made sure we were still able to fully enjoy Christmas and New Year’s while traveling, and everything felt thoughtfully planned with us in mind. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and her organization was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel advisor and would absolutely work with Nicole again. Nicole did an amazing job booking our hotel, flights and activities for our last minute trip to New York. Everything was seamless from pick up at the airport to hotel check in. Hotel was located in prime location!
