Bucket list trip to Italy!

This was our second time traveling internationally with Hazel's help and guidance. She did such an amazing job booking our trip through Paris and the Loire Valley a few years back that I needed her expertise again.This time, we traveled to Italy and France with part of the trip on a cruise ship. We made Hazel aware from the beginning that we never cruised before and she helped us every step of the way! She booked the cruise, private tours and hotels for us. Can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge of travel and her patience with us when answering all our questions. We had an amazing vacation and everything went very smoothly with her help. Almost 20 years!

Hazel Boone was my first travel agent. I started working with her when I had a modest travel grant and virtually no other money to supplement it. She worked within my budget and found me a wonderful location that met all of my needs and a few others. I have continued to travel with Hazel because I can trust her recommendations and the properties to which she sends me internationally when I travel as a single woman. I have recommended her to friends who have found her rates better than what they could find on their own. I continue to work and travel with Hazel and have no intention of stopping anytime soon.

Really came through when we needed it!

Hazel sloughed through a really difficult booking on Air France for our 6 month trip to France. She was tenacious and persistent with the airline and unfailingly pleasant with us. She was a real pleasure to deal with! And then when a real problem came up (My wife fell and got a stress fracture in her foot), Hazel rode to the rescue and in one day rebooked us for a month later. She turned what could have been a disaster into just another day at the office. She's terrific!

I was extremely pleased and my mind set at ease from the moment that I asked Hazel to explore with the relevant company (Insight Vacations) the possibility of joining one of their scheduled tours. Within hours, I had a positive response. With her professional experience, she competently “walked” me through the subsequent planning for the trip re flights from my home country to the USA and on to the relevant destination country.
Since this part of the trip went so smoothly, I requested that she investigate the possibility of taking a second tour at the completion of the first one. Again she efficiently arranged such. She, being an experienced worldwide traveller herself, was well versed in the nuances of foreign travel (passport, visas, insurance, medical requirements, currency, etc). Any questions or concerns that I had were investigated and promptly answered soothing my mind.
The advice given aided in my not having any negative issues from the time I left. my home country until my return. I am most appreciative and thankful for having Hazel as my travel agent.

Amazing Trip

Hazel was a lifesaver!
I told her what we wanted and she planned the best vacation ever.
She did everything from airline reservations to VIP tours to activities for a ten year old. We were met at airports with personnel to get us through customs, connecting flights, retrieving luggage you name it she had arranged to have it taken care of.
She checked regularly while we were vacationing to make sure everything was going as planned.
Hazel is an excellent travel agent with a wealth of knowledge and contacts that made the whole experience stress free.
