When you contact Odyssey Travel, you get my personal attention. I am the owner and have been a travel agent for 35 years. Individual attention to my clients' needs is my highest priority. I want my clients to have terrific experiences and enjoy traveling the world as much as I do.

I knew when I was in high school that I wanted to be in the travel industry and that desire has never dimmed. I have always had the "travel bug" and have traveled the world. I have been to 6 of the 7 continents and the seventh one, Antarctica, is on my upcoming list. I love exploring new places and learning and using that knowledge to assist my clients.

I have been to Mexico and the Caribbean many, many times and have personally experienced 85 percent of the Caribbean and nearly all the Mexican resorts. When I visit a resort, I make it a point to appraise their facilities, accommodations, amenities, and service. This allows me to truly be able to give personal recommendations to my clients and to match my clients' preferences to specific properties. As a result, I have a base of clients who return to my agency again and again for their travel needs.

Destination weddings and honeymoons are two of my specialties. In fact, my own wedding was on the island of Maui. I have planned weddings on beaches around the world, at mountain resorts and destinations individually geared to specific couples. I have planned numerous anniversary trips for couples who used my services for their wedding and/or honeymoon.

I also specialize in family and group travel. Individual families, family reunions, and special interest groups can count on me to offer them a variety of options and to price compare different tours to make sure they get the best price. I've booked families and groups on theme park vacations, historical tours, outdoor excursions, cruises and cultural tours.

Adventure travel is an area that I particularly enjoy. I've hiked in Peru, climbed the Great Wall in China, hot-air ballooned in Arizona, para-sailed in Mexico, ridden a camel in Egypt, and hiked ice glaciers and experienced the waters of the incredible Blue Lagoon in Iceland. I've booked clients to scuba dive in Mexico and the Caribbean, go "glamping" in the Virgin Islands, and experience the far reaches of remote Alaska.
