Doniqua has been a great experience. She follows up constantly to make sure our vacation was the best possible. We had some issues in Mexico and she was on the phone every day resolving the issue. We can't say enough great things about Doniqua! We lost cruise reservations and important deadlines after booking with another Travel Agency who unexpectedly closed their doors. We had an event in Joplin, MO on June 15th and we used Doniqua as our travel agent and she was absolutely amazing. She checked in with us during the entire process. She was very informed and if she didn't know an answer she was quick to find out and relay the information. When we come back to Joplin next year I'm 100% sure we will use her services again.

I am a traveler, through and through! When my kids were young, I told my husband that we would spend money on travel with them. But when it comes down to planning, I’m always stressed, financially, it always seems like every add-on that I do cost more and more, and I’m terrible at making decisions. Doniqua has helped with every step of this process! Vacations should not be stressful, and she has completely taken this out of the equation. Plus the time that it takes to search for the best price. On multiple occasions, I’ve given her dates, budget, and an idea of what we were looking for and she has returned with multiple options. she checks on you while you’re on vacation if you’d like just to make sure that everything is running smoothly and she even will surprise you with little Add ons when she’s able to! Hands down the best decision I’ve made is using Doniqua as a travel advisor!

I loved working with Doniqua! I can be very indecisive, and it was my first trip ever that required a passport so I was a bit nervous. She sent me an itinerary shortly before our trip, checked in on us during our trip, and made sure we arrived safely home. It was my first time working with a travel agent, and I plan to use her again as soon as my husband says I can spend more money!🤣 I highly recommend Doniqua for all your travel needs. Our first time using a travel agent and we will use her from now on! Doniqua Marie was freaking AMAZING...from the time that we finally decided we wanted to go on a to the time we stepped foot back in our house.
We got delayed due to weather on our flights out and she checked in on us every step of the way, walked us thru questions that we had when we stepped on the ship, changing transportation, weather updates and most of all my cheerleader thru the whole
We LOVED the cruise and will be doing another one in the future!

This was my first experience with Doniqua, but will certainly not be my last. From the first time we spoke, discussing my wants/needs, her prompt return with multiple travel options, to my return from the trip, she was always willing to help. This includes a very last minute travel issue that was far beyond our control. I love to tell people about my wonderful trip and the person who helped me make it possible.

Doniqua was recommended to me by a coworker. I’ve never had experience with a travel agent before besides when we briefly spoke to someone about traveling to Germany and they wanted a bunch of commission up front and were overcharging us and not giving us what we wanted. With Doniqua, it was like chatting with a friend. She was always available for questions and never made you feel like a burden. She zoomed with us before our trip so we could ask any questions we wanted and feel completely comfortable before we left. We ran into some complications with Frontier that were out of her control but we managed to get on our flight in time. Any complications we ran into on the trip were things out of her control but she would help us any way she could. Amstar didn’t arrive when they should have but we finally got it sorted and she made sure we were refunded for their delay in arrival.

Doniqua is nothing short of amazing when planning your getaway. She was there every step of the way until we arrived home. Will definitely be using her services again! 10/10 recommend!

Doniqua Marie is stuck with me! A friend recommended her and oh boy, she truly IS amazing. I went on my first international solo trip and Doniqua made all the flight/traveling arrangements. Not only did she plan my flights seamlessly, but she checked in several times during the trip and when a LITERAL blizzard rolled in cancelling flights, she swooped in to the rescue. Even though I was traveling alone, I didn’t feel alone. I didn’t even get nervous because I knew she had me covered. Not only did she get me where I needed to be in time for my daughter’s performance but she even negotiated a free room and meal. She’s wonderful, a true treasure!

Highly recommend! She is one of the best agents I’ve worked with in years. She’s quick to respond, if she doesn’t know the answer she finds out, and is great at giving suggestions when you’re not sure what you want! Our trip was wonderful and the fact that she checked in with us every step of the way, before, during our trip, and after…. that communication alone is a 5 star for me!

My favorite things about having Doniqua running this ship:
1) I don’t have to! (There is always one “responsible one” who picks up the slack on a trip. I LOVED not having to do that.
2) When issues came up- day or night- she was a phone call away and “on it!” Don’t ask me when she sleeps
3) D is honest! If she knows something isn’t worth it or doesn’t know the answer to a question she will tell you…then come back with an answer within 10 minutes.
4) Our travel plans were pushed back by our airlines but they didn’t notify us until the night before. This wonderful woman stayed up wayyyyy past her bedtime talking to the airlines and the hotel and who in their right mind wants to do that themselves? If you can’t sleep she can’t sleep.
The most important point of this review so please listen up…D will make you laugh through your frustration. She will calm you down if the s**t hits the fan. Travel anxiety? Use Doniqua. Seasoned traveler? Use Doniqua. Travel virgin? USE my girl!
