All Inclusive Travel Specialist

I recently worked with Caitlin to plan our 1st Disney World trip, and she truly made it magical from start to finish. It was overwhelming to plan this, since I have picky toddlers, and she just made it all seem like a breeze! She was helpful on the following logistics: dining recommendations, accommodations, and the endless things to do. My kids are picky eaters and high-energy, and her fantastic restaurant recommendations were perfectly suited to my toddlers AND my husband and me, with our exotic tastes. Every suggestion for places to eat was a hit, and her timing tips helped us avoid the longest wait times ever. Her reco on BOMA was solid, and I would never have tried it if it weren't for her recommendation. By far one of my favorite Disney restaurants! Her recommendations on places to stay met all the criteria we were looking for, were absolutely magical, and were within our budget. Her recommendation on the Animal Kingdom with Savannah view was the highlight of our trip. It was truly magical to wake up to the sunrise with a view of giraffes and gazelles. Beyond the basics, she filled our itinerary with unique things to do, recommended snack options, and "must-see" shows that were perfect with our tough toddlers. Her insights ensured we made the most of our trip and the magical experience we were striving for. Caitlin is organized, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work. I reached out to Caitlin and explained that I needed to plan a family get away that was affordable. We took our first trip to Disneyland, California a few weeks ago. No one in my traveling party had ever traveled to Disneyland so we decided to use a travel agent. From the very beginning Caitlin was on top of everything. She provided many options to help me choose the perfect destination to celebrate my 25th anniversary. Once I chose the perfect spot she did all the hard work. From booking the room, to scheduling transportation to and from the airport.
