Emma was our travel agent who planned a baby moon for us in Hawaii. She sent us multiple lists of sites to visit, outings to consider, and places to see on the island. We did absolutely no planning- Emma did EVERYTHING for us. She rented our car, booked our hotel and flights, sent us travel reminders and layover details, and checked in with us the day before to confirm we had all the info we needed. I’ve never done less work planning a vacation and it could not have gone more seamlessly. It was also the least stressful travel experiences I’ve ever had and that was completely due to Emma’s attention to details, planning, and foresight. I don’t think I can ever go on a vacation without her help again! We cannot thank Emma enough for the best trip we’ve ever had!

Somehow she found the perfect place for us in St. Lucia! We had a wonderful experience. Everything was planned from the flights, transfers from the airport to resort and more. Emma has truly gone above and beyond for us. We originally planned a trip to Saint Lucia but had to postpone due to a personal emergency. Fast forward a year, and Emma seamlessly helped us rebook—this time to Turks & Caicos. With a new baby, we went back and forth on destinations, dates, and resorts, and she patiently talked us through every option. We asked for countless scenarios, and she was always incredibly fast, responsive, and kind. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Emma planned the trip of a lifetime for our honeymoon! From the start, Emma was incredibly clear on what to expect from her and made sure she understood our expectations/hopes for our honeymoon. She planned and booked all of our excursions, and communicated well all the way through the end of our trip. We even had an excursion get cancelled and Emma was already looking for a new tour before I knew the first one was cancelled! We are so appreciative of all of Emma’s time and work to make our honeymoon our favorite trip yet.

I messaged Emma about a kind of last minute trip after seeing a post from her for a good deal on a trip to Riviera Maya. She was quick to respond and got me quotes within 24 hours. She also made sure to tell me about travel insurance options and pricing. Prior to departing she sent a detailed email walking us through Cancun airport and where to find our transfer shuttle. She also sent reminder texts and checked in prior to departing and during our trip to make sure everything went smoothly. Emma even had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our hotel room on our arrival to celebrate our recent engagement! I would absolutely recommend her for all your travels needs!

Emma planned a fun Cabo couples trip for us and 2 other couples for a week sandwiched between two weddings! From the start, Emma made sure to understand exactly what we wanted out of this trip from the overall vibe of the resort to the budget we were working with. She provided us with various options, explicitly stating the pros and cons of each based on our preferences. Once we landed on a resort, Emma followed up with an intensive Know Before You Go document that left no question unanswered! We felt so calm and confident ahead of our trip because of this. Days before the trip one couple had an unexpected problem and were unable to travel, and Emma worked quickly and professionally to ensure they still received a credit for the resort that they can use at a later date! Emma was great to work with and I look forward to using her for future trips of ours!

My husband and I wanted to go to Punta Cana for one week for our birthdays and Emma asked for what we were looking for... relaxation, activities, etc. and listened so she could provide expert recommendations. I knew we wanted non-stop flights, an all-inclusive on a beach with swim up bars, a room with a private swim up pool, multiple dining options, various water activities and a casino. Emma provided multiple options for us to look through. Once we decided which resort we liked best, she took care of everything and booked it all: flights, airports transfers, hotel accommodations, dinner reservations, and even champagne and cake in our room!
