This was our first trip booking with a travel agent and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ellisa was personable, honest, and so easy to work with. Her communication was great, she followed up often, shared fun options, and gave me flexibility when I asked for more hotel choices. The options she provided also worked with my Marriott Bonvoy account which was a huge plus.
This was our honeymoon and it truly felt like a dream. We were upgraded to private transportation and even had butler service at the hotel, all bundled into our trip. Every excursion she booked was a top package at a great value. Everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy we chose Ellisa and will absolutely be booking with her again.

Alissa was fantastic in planning our trip everything went very smoothly even when I couldn’t get the app to work I was able to reach out to her and she got the answers immediately!
She was extremely responsive and even got us a refund for a canceled tour.
I am definitely using her for trip to Disney!

Ellisa is an unbelievable travel agent. Our last trip with her, she did an amazing job. It was as complex as you could ever imagine (37 people traveling internationally with different agendas, flight schedules, etc). I travel all the time for work and there are always bumps and mishaps, but we didn’t have a single issue the whole time on Elissa’s trip. I highly recommend using Ellisa for your next vacation.
