Amazing time in paradise!

I contacted Bobby a few months ago to see how to go about planning an anniversary trip for my boyfriend and I in September. Well Bobby was on it, he was able to send numerous options based on our needs and budget- by day 3 of working with Bobby we had our dream vacation set!! Unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to move or even cancel the trip and we were just torn and stressed but when we contacted Bobby he assured us there was nothing to worry about and he will take care of us. Well he did it again, he was able to get all of our vacation plans and move to a later date( week decided to move a few months later for bf 45th birthday)!! Just a seamless process, which is a breath of fresh air when you’re dealing with an emergency.
Fast forward to February, vacation time has arrived, Bobby made sure to reach out prior to make sure we got all we need, he reached out while we were there to make sure accommodations were well and then when we got home we got a huge welcome back to ens

Ok. Let me first say that I’m completely a pessimist at heart. Always expecting the worst. When Bobby started helping me on my trip there was no difference. But I was having some next level stress and knew I needed a break and simply wanted someone else to handle it. Handle it he DID. He secured a fantastic deal for me. Perks. Locking in thought-out Room location for what I would be doing on the cruise. Sent me dining options he recommended (and nudged us away from others). Shows. Gambling. Shore excursions. Culminating in the best itinerary ever. Literally needed nothing else. He even researched the process to get the crazy expensive parking garage fees waived. The entire trip was on autopilot and leaving this pessimist NOTHING to gripe about.
It was obvious the pride and attention to detail he puts into his work all along with a vibe that he enjoys it. Called me twice before we left and called exactly as debarking. IMPRESSED.

This is my second trip booked with Robert and I couldn’t be more impressed! I’ve used many travel agents over the years. None compares to Robert. He is ridiculously available and responsive. I recently went to Peru and missed a connecting flight. Robert was available during the morning on a weekend to rebook me. My daughter became ill in the middle of the jungle, and Robert not only cancelled and rebooked flights, but looked into clinics. Robert is passionate about travel and service. I don’t know why anyone would use anyone else.

Wonderful Romania Excursion

I contacted Robert two days before a week long trip to Romania with friends. I was in a serious pickle because we have never visited Romania and needed to traverse the country to visit my daughter who is working in the north mountain region temporarily. Robert quickly assured me I would be taken care of and immediately got to work planning tours, setting up transportation, dining reservation, lodging and more. He also set my party up on the Trip Plans app to share the itinerary and details for us. More impressive Robert did all of this amidst his own vacation. We couldn’t be more thankful for his professionalism and personal service before, during, and after our vacation. I can say without a doubt, we experienced more of Romania with his help. We visited Bucharest, Brasov, Fagaras, Sibiu, and many other small villages is a week with no problems. Castles, Fortresses, historic sites, museums, dining, and nightlife was awesome. Amazing All-Inclusive Trip to Punta Cana!

Our experience to Punta Cana was amazing! My wife and I were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and reached out for an all-inclusive package. Robert was amazing and very knowledgeable of the area! He got us set up with a club oceanview Master Suite at Hyatt Zilara. He explained the differences in club vs. not club and let us make the decision if we wanted to upgrade, which we did! Our room came with a butler and when we arrived, they knew we were there for our anniversary, and Robert had us set up with a welcome bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room when we arrived! He also set us up with a catamaran snorkeling excursion that was amazing!
I highly recommend Robert and he will be our go-to agent for the future!

First Time to Canada!

Robert booked a wonderful vacation to Toronto. The itinerary he put together allowed us to experience a great mix of the downtown city and Niagara Falls. He even setup tickets for the CN Tower and a boat tour of the falls. He made recommendations for restaurants and tips for travel. The hotel was in a great location and we were able to pack as much possible into a short time. He listened to our needs and took care of the trip end to end.
