We have used Chris three times to help us plan our Disney World vacation. I was clueless going into our first trip and she made it so easy. I had many questions she was able to answer quickly but she also gave me guidance on things I would have never figured out on my own. My wife and I have been working with Chris for years now with booking our Disney vacation. We give her some dates and locations and she does just about all the rest. She looks and gets us the best deals from different hotels for us to choose from, she lets us know if they have any promos or if anything is coming up. She constantly reviews the reservation to see if any new deals have come out so she can add them to you reservation. Chris also will try and book any dinner reservations you would like to try and get. She always gets back to you super quick and we have never had one issue with anything she has booked for us. We have and will continue to use her for our trips and she has just expanded to booking cruises as well. Chris is an amazing travel agent and someone who truly goes above and beyond. She has planned multiple trips for my family (Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise). We did not have to lift a finger with any planning, just told her everything we wanted to do and she planned the whole itinerary for us and booked everything! Any issues we had during our trips she was just a message or phone call away to help us. One of our trips (due to transportation issues) we were late for the Pirate Firework watching event. My family was devastated but Chris was able to help us and move things around to where we were still able to do this event on this trip. When taking my 2 year old on her first visit in 2024. I was unprepared for how difficult keeping reservations would be with a toddler. Chris was able to work with us while on that trip and helped rearrange anything last minute to still get the best of our vacation. I truly cannot recommend a more amazing travel agent who not only listens but also has great suggestions and tips for first timers and seasoned Disney pros.
