Cabo San Lucas Experience

Planning a trip to Disney is overwhelming. Erin took the guesswork out of everything! She answered my (many) questions so timely and thoroughly. She secured a high-demand reservation on my behalf which was a highlight of the trip. Knowing she was there to guide my planning was such a source of relief and confidence! Everyone needs Erin if they are heading to Disney!

At the heart, Erin is an incredible person and why wouldn't you want to work with anyone else? It matters. She cares and follows up and wants your experience to be all it can be. This was our third experience with Cardinal Travel. Erin did a great job of planning our summer getaway last year, so we knew she would deliver something special again. We were looking for a few days’ winter stay in the general Cancun area; we wanted to relax, eat outstanding food and enjoy being outside in a quiet environment. A swim-up bar nearby would be a real plus. Erin found the perfect all-inclusive resort for us, about an hour south of Cancun. There were several restaurants with a variety of cuisines, and we could eat or get a drink near the beach or elsewhere on the sprawling property. The pools were beautiful and the swim-up bars rounded out the experience. Because there were no kids around, we could enjoy a relatively quiet stay. We noted that there were many options for activities and off-site excursions, if we wanted to take advantage of them. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff members were always friendly and helpful. While the resort covers many acres, we could get around easily by waiting just a few minutes for the next oversized golf cart to come by. Once again, Erin understood what we wanted in our trip and gave us exactly what we asked for. The paperwork was minimal and we knew in advance what to expect. Her guide to tipping was invaluable, as was her information about navigating the Cancun Airport and finding the hotel transportation. I give her five stars! We will definitely call upon Cardinal Travel again when we are ready for our next getaway.
