We had a few changes happen right at the beginning of our trip because of an airline strike. She immediately handled the reroute and arranged for our transportation to our destination. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. She came through again when we needed a new transport when one of ours was canceled in the middle of our trip. All accommodations were great and just as we hoped. I would highly recommend her services. She also works with several of my friends who highly recommend her also.

This trip was absolutely amazing from pre planning to the end of our journey. We had certain time windows open for travel with less than 3 months to plan and Niki coordinated everything! It was literally flawless except for an airline delay on the way home. She was quick to respond to any questions before, during and after the cruise and kept me on task with all travel requirements. What an amazing time we had in Italy. Every detail from us getting off the plane to our return trip to the airport at the conclusion of our vacation was carefully and precisely scheduled. This is our second time using Niki’s services for our vacation plans and much like our previous vacation to Europe, we experienced problems due to European transportation strikes which Niki quickly was able to confirm certain legs of our travel schedule while changing other parts so that our vacation continued as planned leaving us to worry free. Niki is incredible! Not only did she plan a spectacular vacation in Greece and Turkey, but everything was so organized. She put our whole itinerary, including all vouchers and receipts, together for us - so we could just relax! Niki also went above and beyond when we realized while our flight was boarding that we had forgotten an important medication. We texted her on the jetway and by the time we had taken off and accessed in flight WiFi she had everything arranged for us to pick up the exact prescription we needed at a pharmacy in Athens after we landed. Nikoleta was absolutely amazing in planning and communicating with us for a trip to Europe this summer. She set up all transfers and the service was great! We had a lot of transfers on trains, planes and cars and some within our party going in different directions and she took care of it all! It was great to not have to worry about getting to and from in a foreign country. The hotels she reserved were all nice and she also reserved certain tours for us that were so memorable. She even took care of transfers and hotels in NYC and the app she used was great. It had all the train tickets, car transfers, hotels and tours right at our fingertips. She made the trip much less stressful and was always responsive if we had questions during our trip. She was very easy to work with as well and we will use her for our next adventure! I have high expectations and Nikoleta did not disappoint.

Niki was really great at putting together an itinerary for our trip to Italy, and was willing to accommodate our last minute changes and requests despite our trip being planned only 2 weeks in advance. She was responsive to questions, and got everything planned in a timely manner. Additionally, she helped plan additional tours for us, even after our original itinerary was complete. The trains she scheduled were nice, and normally the quickest option to travel between cities which was great for minimizing our time spent on travel and maximize our time spent in each city. Overall a wonderful experience!

My trip to Greece was orchestrated perfectly. I was able to relax and enjoy myself, knowing that all of our transfers were taken care of and that we were staying in fantastic hotels. It allowed me to enjoy the trip and not have to worry about how we would get from place to place, or where we were staying. Towards they set up were phenomenal, and I will absolutely use them again for another trip!

We experienced our Greek Adventure in September 2019. We started on Santorini staying at (hotel) which was at the top of the island within easy walking of the winding sidewalks to shops and restaurants. We toured Akrotiri and 3 wineries. Every stop on the tour was informative and great fun. Our next stop was the island of Ios where our hotel was located close to the ferry dock. We rented a car and explored the island on our own, a great adventure! We also took a sailing trip to Kleftiko which was lots of fun. Serifos was the last island we visited and my favorite. Our hotel was an old remodeled mining camp, remote, small and with a private beach, WONDERFUL! We finished our trip in Athens and while the history there is a must see the ‘big city’ feel was not to our liking. Niki did an amazing job organizing and providing an experience we will never forget. She was always just a phone call away if issues arose. Would love to go back to Greece and have her plan a different trip for us!
