Very knowledgeable

Teresa is a fabulous travel agent. She not only does a fantastic job booking our trips, getting us perfect airline seats and has wonderful follow-through when we get home. We always have Teresa's phone number with us if we
should experience any problems. One time we were in LA and our flight was cancelled. Teresa made arrangements for us to get to Hawaii the same day on different flights. She is better than having "mom" on speed-dial!!!

Our family has used Teresa Gonzalez as our travel agent for many years and have never once been disappointed. She is cheerful, thorough, detailed-oriented, and follows up on every single item she says she will. Teresa thinks of angles and opportunities you might not on your own and when there is a problem (as there sometimes is in traveling), Teresa is right there to help you solve the issue and get resolution. Teresa is a five-star superstar travel agent.

Teresa is always willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect trip! She is definitely a 5 Star Travel agent!!

Teresa was amazing she took the stress out of planning a trip out. She thought of everything and made this trip unforgettable

Teresa does a fabulous job finding the best, safest, and least costly locations for over 20 years and we have never had a bad experience.

Teresa was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful from beginning planning stages throughout our trip itself. This was our first tour/cruise, and she guided us flawlessly.

Teresa, has been our travel agent for several years now. We always receive friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Our last trip to France was no exception. The trip went off without a hitch. Teresa always check in with us to make everything is ready to go and afterwards to see if everything went well. We would definitely use her services again!

Over the years my wife and I have done extensive traveling within and outside of the US. We have had experiences with multiple travel agents with less than satisfactory service. We were fortunate to be introduced to Teresa about 12 years ago and have used her pretty much exclusively since. She know her clients extremely well and has always made great recommendations based on our interests. She has also been their when there have been problems with the airlines, cruise lines and/or resorts & hotels. I highly recommend Teresa without reservation.

Always great to work with; pleasant, excited. We've done several trips via her, including 1 we had to cancel and she helped us get the most money back.

Teresa is the reason we have been able to travel to so many exotic places we would have never thought to go

Teresa was tremendous through the entire process! She even anticipated trouble we would incur over an unexpected rail strike, which would have adversely affected our trip. Teresa made quick adjustments for us, and our vacation continued seamlessly.

Teresa was great to work with. She designed the trip to what we were looking for and suggested additional excursions. She also arranged for transportation to and from airports, hotels, and train stations which sometimes can be the most stressful part.

Teresa is the BEST! She communicates effectively and in a timely manner. Even when I give her last minute travel requests

Teresa was very helpful in planning our trip to Cancun. She was extremely helpful with getting us home after a snow storm in the Quad Cities.

Teresa booked our 1st out of the country vacation. It was a group trip of 10 majority 1st timers. She made the planning of a large group simple and answered all the questions that we had but most importantly shared her tips and tricks and things that can happen and what to look for. It’s nerve wracking to go to a country you’ve never been but she prepared us and we knew we could call on her if anything came up. She also would call after the trip to see how it was to make sure she gives her customers view of everyone that visits.

Teresa is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

My family has been working with Teresa for many, many years! We have referred her to several friends and family due to the amazing work she does, her compassion for others and the fact that she goes above and beyond!! She knows what she's done for our family, so I don't need to go into that, but she's helped us in hard and difficult times while on what should have been the trip of a lifetime, and, as I said, went way above and beyond to help us! She's truly a gem and all should have the privilege to work with her!

Teresa is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in the planning of our vacation. We have worked with her on all of the vacations we have taken over the last 15 years. She listens to what we are looking for, provides suggestions which include her personal experiences and/or experiences of others, and has never steered us wrong. It's also very comforting to know that if anything goes wrong (although luckily it hasn't yet), she is our advocate and is one call away from being able to assist.

Teresa has booked trips for me for the past 10 years and I would not book one without her expertise . I’d have to be crazy to book on my own .

Teresa knows what we like, understands what makes a great trip, helps us spend our money wisely, and wants us to have as much fun as possible. She knows where to stay, where NOT to stay, the best ways to get where we're going and most of the time has already stayed where we're headed so she can give us first hand reviews of the places we go.

We would not work with anyone but Teresa. She always works to get us the best price, the best airline seats, the best hotel rooms, and resolves any problems we encounter while traveling. An associate of mine at work once said it best: "I learned more in 10 minutes talking to Teresa than an hour to the Director of SATO (scheduled airline ticket office at Rock Island Arsenal) " She has booked numerous trips to Hawaii and Mexico for us as well as destinations around the world. She seamlessly integrated 2 trips to Africa for us: one to South Africa and Zimbabwe and the other to Kenya.

Teresa always has great ideas when we tell her where we want to go. She knows her stuff and does her research on the property you're looking at. Always professional and courteous and friendly. We highly recommend Teresa for all travel planning!
