Teresa is a fabulous travel agent. She not only does a fantastic job booking our trips, getting us perfect airline seats and has wonderful follow-through when we get home. We always have Teresa's phone number with us if we
should experience any problems. One time we were in LA and our flight was cancelled. Teresa made arrangements for us to get to Hawaii the same day on different flights. She is better than having "mom" on speed-dial!!!

Our family has used Teresa Gonzalez as our travel agent for many years and have never once been disappointed. She is cheerful, thorough, detailed-oriented, and follows up on every single item she says she will. Teresa thinks of angles and opportunities you might not on your own and when there is a problem (as there sometimes is in traveling), Teresa is right there to help you solve the issue and get resolution. Teresa was tremendous through the entire process! She even anticipated trouble we would incur over an unexpected rail strike, which would have adversely affected our trip. Teresa made quick adjustments for us, and our vacation continued seamlessly.

Teresa booked our 1st out of the country vacation. It was a group trip of 10 majority 1st timers. She made the planning of a large group simple and answered all the questions that we had but most importantly shared her tips and tricks and things that can happen and what to look for. It’s nerve wracking to go to a country you’ve never been but she prepared us and we knew we could call on her if anything came up. She also would call after the trip to see how it was to make sure she gives her customers view of everyone that visits.
