I highly recommend ECTC. It was an absolute pleasure working with Eve Carter / ECTC Travel. Eve is: knowledgeable, professional, pro active, prompt, responsive, patient and persistent. I very much appreciate Eve’s help and I look forward to working with Mrs. Carter in the future. I was impressed with Mrs. Carter’s ability to operate with absolute discretion, plans I made were not communicated outside of our correspondence and my wife was wonderfully surprised when the trip was presented. Mrs. Carter researched, and provided a number of options for our trip, with varying amenities at different resorts. I was able to work with Mrs. Carter to tailor a magical, all inclusive experience for my wife at the Blue Haven resort in Turks and Caicos. Eve sent correspondence of all payments made in a prompt manner, and provided physical and digital documentation when all balances were paid in full. I, like others, prefer having this correspondence for my records so her diligence in this area was great, and it spoke to her professionalism. The Blue Haven resort utilizes an in house tour desk to allow its patrons the ability to arrange their excursions on the island. Mrs. Carter helped me correspond with the tour desk to arrange activities, so these events could be coordinated ahead of our arrival, which helped maintain the element of surprise and enhanced my wife’s experience; again, showing Mrs. Carter’s professional rigor and regard for her client. In addition to helping plan the trip’s destination, and helping me coordinate events at the resort, Mrs. Carter helped navigate our travel with American Airlines. Mrs. Carter provided insight into American Airline’s practices, she also helped with seating changes and upgrades. In addition to this, Mrs. Carter used the Itinerary App, to communicate with me (in real time) and kept me aware of travel changes. On two occasions, she was able to communicate flight time changes before the airline’s app sent the information.

Eve responded to all messages in a timely manner, and took care of our last-minute requests.

We spent our days scuba diving and parasailing over the beautiful blue waters. The trip ended with a romantic dinner on the beach, just the two of us, listening to the waves. It was such a thoughtful gift and a truly unforgettable experience.
