I had first filled out a form on an Oceania site requesting information about a cruise and a Concierge responded and provided me information about a really good deal on one of the Vivid Western Caribbean cruises. I then encountered Julie after posting a general question to an Oceania Facebook site. She quickly found out she could get me that deal and put on hold the final cabin available for my preferred sailing date and cabin preference. From that point, we engaged in dialogs related to airfare and hotels. She quickly locked in the cruise total for me and I paid for the cruise. I appreciated the fact she said I could get a better rate on air when I supplied to her what I could do on my own which is what I have done. After booking, she then communicated on several occasions with Oceania regarding my preferences and added transfers from the cruise ship to airport for the last day of the trip. She was also quick to secure the Trip Protection offered by Oceania. Up to this point, she has been prompt in communicating via text message, Facebook chat and email. Overall a great experience and I will not hesitate to engage with her for any future trips.
