The cruise that you planned for my cousins, nieces and my daughter and I was an absolute blast. The ports and ship were ones that we had been on and seen before, but the experience of all of us together made it seem brand new. One of the best parts, however, was the suggestions, planning and continual communication that YOU performed made the trip more enjoyable. I have used other Travel Advisors from big companies, but they cannot compare to the attention that you gave in planning the trip. And your follow up habits are exceptional! Taylor was amazing from minute one. I explained to her about my kids first time flying and she helped my wife and I get through the dos and donts with kids. Taylor booked us to amazing resort in St Lucia and we were blown away by the accommodations and service. She handled everything for us. Taylor confirmed everything for us. She did our immigration forms. She checked in with us even while away with her own family. I had trouble confirming our return shuttle from the resort to the airport, only to find an email showing she already confirmed it. The service Taylor provided was top notch. With Taylor all I had to do was pack. When people as how our vacation went, I start with how great of an experience we had with Taylor before going into the trip itself. We are already discussing our next trip. Thanks to Taylor for everything!!!!

I am someone who used to travel all the time before kids. Needless to say after 3 kids in 5 years my husband and I have not been away together. Having 3 boys means I spend all my time driving from one sport to another which I totally love, but it leave very little time to do anything for myself. While fully capable, I just could not get it together to schedule a trip once my husband had finally given us the green light to go away alone. I was fortunate enough to have met Taylor awhile back and knew that she had lots of travel connections. I sent a desperate message to her begging her to find me the best all inclusive that she could so that my husband would realize how great an adults only trip could be and would end up wanting to go back…and to please make it happen in 2 weeks. When I tell you that Taylor had it all figured out WITH flights and airports transfers to the hotel within 30 minutes, she is truly amazing! She handled ALL our passport information, the round trip direct flights, airport transfers and accommodations at the finest all inclusive adults only resort. Because of her, we had an amazing trip with gourmet food, breathtaking views, the finest service, and most importantly, a promise from my husband to return. I am forever grateful to her.

Taylor is just amazing!!! I booked my family trip to Mexico with her, and she did not disappoint. From Start to finish she was so helpful and so responsive. She first off helped me pick the perfect hotel for my family very easily. And for me I can’t decide what to eat for Breakfast never mind a hotel in Mexico and let me tell you the hotel was more then what we dreamed of. We did several activities that she also helped with. This was my second trip that Taylor organized for me. And it was perfect. The hotel she recommended was in the perfect location just minutes from all the action on Broadway. Taylor is very responsive and on top of everything. I will be using her again for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Time.

We had a fantastic time! The staff and service were above and beyond. The main dining room service and food were delightful and wonderful. The total experience from Independence of the Seas and our tour guide, Jesus, from Aiomar Adven Tours was outstanding. He was deeply knowledgeable, well guided tour with headphones and in touch with us and kept reminding us of our safety all the time.
