The new year had just started, and I needed to reset, relax, and reinvigorate myself. I decided to go to Tulum, and the booking process with Chelsea was seamless. She got back to me in a timely manner with a recommended hotel and flights for the dates I requested. On the day of travel, the airport transfer was on time and friendly. My friends and I stayed at the Hilton Riviera Maya hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious with multiple restaurants to choose from, lots of pools and activities, and the customer service assisted with each of my requests. Chelsea also recommended excursions and different nightlife options, which were a success. My friends and I had so much fun.
