Olivia Navarre and Dave Hershberger at Prestige Travel helped us plan our trip to Alaska in August of 2025. We combined a one-way cruise and a 3-week rental of a motor home for this 50th wedding anniversary trip. They both were easy to work with and made our trip very memorable.

Olivia did a fantastic job! She was very helpful and responsive while i was on the trip. Everything went smoothly from plane rides to car rentals. I may have done things slightly differently but overall, we loved it!

Our family wanted to go to a tropical/beach destination we had never been to before and were exploring options and not sure where to go. Olivia took our desires and budget and matched us up with a wonderful vacation. She was able to answer all of our questions and help set up excursions as well. The trip went very smooth. I think it helps when a travel agent has been to a designation before to speak intelligently about it as she had. Olivia recommended Atlantis in the Bahamas and it was a top notch resort with so amenities and things to do we didn't even see/do everything within a week. There was something for everyone there. The food, drink, service and scenery were great! I have never seen such clean and clear beautiful water on the beach.

Olivia arranged our non-stop flight from Cincinnati to Heath Row Airport in London; it went off without a hitch. She also recommended private transport which was perfect. She found a lovely one-bedroom apartment for us in the heart of Cheapside neighborhood, a block from St. Paul's Cathedral, and just steps away from pubs, cafes, gardens, shops and transportation. We can't wait to go back!

There were 6 of us, my husband, myself, our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, ages 7 & 10. We visited 5 locations in Italy over 17 days. Olivia Navarre arranged for all our transportation including train tickets, boats, cars and private transfers. With the crowds in Venice and Rome and traveling with our younger grandchildren we were thrilled with the organization provided. We had no issues and wasted little time navigating from city to city. Everything went smoothly and the accommodations were very nice. The only thing that was not as good as could have been was our return home. We had a 4 1/2 hr. Wait in the airport in Maui ( had to turn our car in at 5pm and didn’t fly out until 9:40pm. Then flew into Seattle and had 4 1/2 hr. wait there before catching our flight home. I do recommend Olivia for all your travel needs. I am a satisfied customer.

We absolutely loved our trip and could not have done it without Olivia’s expertise! Her itinerary was spot on and we got to enjoy the trip without worrying about travel. Highly recommend!

I usually book travel on my own, but Olivia helped us with a Viking cruise. It was the easiest planning process. She communicated all the details and answered any questions promptly.

Everything ran smoothly and according to the plans. Our hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All of our tours were great and the directions on where to meet were clear. We ended a visit with a dinner cruise on the Seine River which was delightful!

Olivia was extremely helpful in finding the perfect Hawaii tour for us. She really listened when we explained what we wanted to do and how much we wanted to spend. Olivia communicated very well with us and did not miss any details. I would highly recommend.

Olivia suggested the Sonesta Ocean Resort St. Maarten and it was fabulous! Our first experience with all inclusive and the service could not have been better! 24 hour room service... loved having coffee and fresh fruit on the balcony every morning! Olivia sent us all of our documents prior to departure and took care of arranging a change in transportation once we were there! Thanks Olivia, we will be a repeat visitor!

Olivia helped us plan a trip to Munich to see the Christmas markets in Decemeber. The trip was planned on short notice and I appreciate that Olivia was quick to respond to questions and make reservations quickly. The trip went smooth, good flight connections, nice hotel, and some additional tours to fill in our days. Overall it was a great trip and it was a pleasure working with Olivia.
