Ms. Coffee did a wonderful job planning our trip! The entire process was seamless. She kept us informed every step of the way. We had no surprises. Ms. Coffee met with our group a month and week before our cruise to ensure that we were fully prepared. She expedited refunds for those unable to make it due to unforeseen circumstances. We’re grateful that Ms. Coffee encouraged travel insurance. Job well done!

We couldn't trave due to husband's illness

Pat provided excellent service as a travel agent. From start to finish she was helpful, informative and very professional. Although, we had to cancel she helped us get a travel certificate to us for a future trip. We definitely will use her as our travel agent in the future

Great Service from Cruise Agent

My family cruise was an excellent experience. Pat took care of me and our family. She made sure our amenities were perfect. We had the internet and the drink package which worked out great. Once the cruise ended, our.transportation from cruise port to the airport was arranged. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and Pat made that happen. I look forward to having her plan my next family vacation.

The experience with Patricia was great! She was informative from the beginning of the planning process until the trip itself. She even provided helpful tips for packing. The cruise package she selected was excellent. She was open and accessible; willing to assist with any questions and/or concerns we had. It was evident she wanted to make sure we had a good time. I have already recommended her to a friend. Definitely will be using Patricia for future travel plans.
