This was the 3rd trip Jackie has planned for my husband and I and once again, it went off without a problem. We traveled on a Globus tour and both Jackie and Globus made sure everything went smoothly from the initial offering of choices to the last flight home. We flew into Vegas and the next day left on the 7 day tour to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef National Park, Moab, Arches National Park, Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park and Grand Canyon National Park. Each park was more beautiful than the next and the hotels were clean, comfortable and welcoming! I couldn't have asked for a better trip to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Thank you Jackie! Here's to planning our next one.

One of our best trips

Everything was fabulous except the food was just ok. No variation. Restaurants had a page of about 6 entrees every nite but the same thing every nite. All the pastries were the same every day. The brunch buffet was sandwich meat. Now every day at around noon they grilled chicken, ribs, hamburgers and sometime hot dogs. The best grilled chicken and ribs we ever had. Had some every day. Choice of 2 BBQ sauces to dip in. Room service great. Room and our own pool wonderful. Concierge was fabulous. Scheduled our spas and brought us to spa and restaurant in golf cart. Never had to walk far. Beaches turks caicos had phenomenal food but facilities not good. In Mexico principe resort had great food and facilities. Buffets in those 2 places phenomenal.
We were well taken care of. We went to the beach once. Rough with seaweed but doable. We loved it. Tx great agent

Wonderful Family trip to Mexico

We always contemplate booking vacations ourselves, get initial pricing then decided to reach out to Jackie. As always, her prices are cheaper than booking alone and we get to tap into all of her knowledge and expertise to navigate another country. Generally, things go smooth but in this case, we discovered our return flight had been changed and now making a stop - once I asked Jackie about this she did all the work behind the scenes to move our flight at no extra cost and she even got our transportation to the airport changed as well. Now we got to stay an extra 2 hours at the resort and got home sooner than if we had taken the flight with a stop. She did all this while I was sitting at the pool with a nice drink. The fact that we would spend more if we booked ourselves is crazy. She's the best around!

Jackie was a pleasure to work with. We told her what we were interested in and she sent us two tours to look at. We like the fact that we flew in and out of Rome nonstop.
