I was so impressed with Heather's organization and knowledge about traveling. She had everything all set up for us and it made such a difference for our trip. She is wonderful to work with and I would totally work with her again for my next trip!

Instead of traveling for Thanksgiving we traveled on a cruise. Best Idea Ever! No cleanup, no cooking, and something for everyone. We flew into Houston. Most of us went to the Johnson Space Center, Bucees, and then spent a day and a half on Galveston Island. We rode the ferry and explored. We boarded our ship headed for Roatan, Honduras, Costa Maya Mexico, and Cozumel Mexico. Roatan and Cozumel were my favorites. We went to Gambalimba Park, Roatan Chocolate Factory and had lunch in a tree house in Roatan. In Costa Maya we went to see the Mayan Ruins and swim in 2 Ceynotes. Cozumel was breathtaking. We rented buggies and toured the island. We saw another Ceynote, snorkled, swam, toured a Tequila Factory, and had a nice lunch. Heather helped us get our whole group booked on the ship, reminded us of due dates, and offered suggestions of things to do and places to stay. She was wonderful to work with. This is my second vacation Heather has helped me plan. Each time it has been nothing but great to work with her.

This was the first big trip we’d taken in many years, and having Heather to guide us through the entire process was incredibly helpful. She made hotel reservations, advised us on how to handle the ins and outs of the cruise, and was available to answer any questions- large or small. Heather knew what we didn’t know! And let’s face it, there are always complications with travel. We didn’t have to worry. We had Heather! Moving forward, there’s absolutely no reason to handle travel details ourselves. We would recommend Heather 100 %!

Heather was great at everything! There was plenty of information before the trip to help us get ready, there were fun activities for our group on the trip and we had an easy time getting back to the airport after. I would recommend her for anyone's travel needs!

We sailed recently on a group cruise on Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas to Coco Cay, USVI, and St. Martin. This was the first time we had ever been part of a larger group booking. In the interest of full disclosure, Heather is a friend, but this is an honest and unbiased review. I would wholeheartedly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a travel agent. From the time we decided to book the cruise up to sail away, Heather was communicative with everything we needed to know and any tasks that needed to be completed along the way, from final payment reminders to dining and entertainment booking pre-cruise to pre and post cruise arrangements such as hotels and transfers. Once we were on the ground in Miami, Heather was on top of everything and attentive to the needs of the entire group of 100+ people. There are always things that happen that are out of control of the agent and the guest when you go on a cruise, but Heather was there for the few folks who ran into some glitches

We had never used a travel agent before, and were unsure how it would go. Heather took control of the process with Her excellent knowledge and made everything smooth and great. She booked everything from state rooms, hotels and transportation to the cruise terminal. We felt very well taken care of during the whole trip. I highly redemand Heather!

This was a fabulous trip! Heather did a great job organizing and taking care of all of the details for our group. From the very beginning to the very end. If we had any questions or concerns, Heather was quick to answer and fix any problems. She coordinated our pre-hotel, transportation to and from the cruise port and airport. She made sure everybody had everything they needed. I’m sure dealing with a large group was more difficult for her to coordinate, but she did a fabulous job! I will definitely use her services again!

Heather is very helpful and easy to work with. She is VERY knowledgeable about all thing Disney and was willing to do the dirty work needed to get us Oogie Boogie tickets. My experience with her has been very pleasant and I am grateful for her hard work and experience. I will definitely use her again.
