Lisa and I planned a beautiful trip for me to Turks and Caicos. Unfortunately, a horrific snow storm was about to hit the North East and I wanted to leave to get home to my children. It turned out my connecting flight was cancelled very late in the evening and even though I was able to find a hotel room in DC, I was stuck there for 3 additional days. Lisa was on the phone with me not only to make sure that I got to my hotel safely. She checked in with me daily until I was on my flight home.
