I had a wonderful experience working with Karen to book my cruise. She encouraged me to purchase travel protection insurance—something I was hesitant about at first, but I’m so thankful I listened to her advice. Just a few weeks after paying off the trip, we had to cancel due to a medical condition. Karen was incredibly helpful throughout the cancellation and rebooking process and even assisted where she could with filing the insurance claim. Best Cruise Experience

I had the pleasure of working with Karen Murphy for our last cruise, April 2024, on Royal Caribbean cruise lines.
She was so professional and guided me through each step of planning: parking at covered parking, choosing the cabin, making reservations for excursions and shows, dining arrangements, etc..
She also made my room reservations for the night before the cruise so that we did not have to drive to Galveston the morning of the cruise.
She is so detail oriented and focused on making sure that her customers have a seamless experience.
I would recommend Karen Murphy to anyone planning a vacation and I would never want to plan a vacation for myself without her assistance.

Our First River Cruise Together!

We didn’t know where to start and knew Karen and her team would get us where we wanted to go with no stress and all the right choices made! From finding the right dates (the river can run low), airline and transfers Karen delivered! We had complications with our flights and Karen handled everything from across the pond! We only had to spend time to “confirm” with the Viking agent after she spent all the time on the phone with them working the details.

Family Hawaii Trip for 19

Getting 19 people to Hawaii then around 2 islands is a task in itself! But then add many different ages and interests makes it extremely difficult. Karen was able to make it stress free and seamless. The only thing beyond her control was the roughness of the ocean for a fishing trip!! lol Great trip, every detail taken care of! Absolutely using Karen again, if she will take us!
