Working with Dillon was my first experience working with a TA and I won’t hesitate to do it again. He was very helpful, presenting us with options and quick responses when we suddenly doubled our party size and needed help with additional rooms, linking accounts/reservations, and getting to-from the airport. I have always dreamed of going to Paris and one of our items on our list was to visit Disneyland Paris. I am a disney adult and love Disney so there was no way I wouldn't visit disney on my dream trip. I told Dillon wxactly what I needed and he booked our room at the Newport Bay hotel and it was beautiful and amazing. He also got us our two day hopper tickets to both parks. Not only was it super easy to communicate with Dillon but it was wonderful to know we were being taken care of. He also made our reservations to eat at Waltz restaurant and food was yummy. We knew we wanted to take our first trip to WDW but were unsure where to start. Dillon helped us from start to end with booking our stay, to changing it because we had to change our days, to changing our transportation after having flight changes and booking our dining. I also originally booked a stroller rental but ended up changing my mind and he helped me with all of that. We also wanted a specific room area which he was able to ask for. It was so nice to have someone to help when you’ve never been there. I would highly recommend him as he makes everything easy, is quick to respond and help in any way. He reminded me when to book my lightning lanes and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone traveling.
