I broke my arm just 6 days before our vacation back to Maui. Dr. Told me I could not do the zip line we had planned. I was cleared to parasail. Katrina adjusted our itinerary with a refund on the zip line. This is our second time having Katrina plan our trip with our input. Very professional and detailed.

Katrina Plans was absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started planning our wedding trip to Cabo, there was so much to coordinate, especially since we were traveling with our whole family. Katrina, by far is the best travel agent we have ever used. Her attention to detail is outstanding as are her communication skills.
