I had such a great experience with Katrina Plans! From the moment we spoke, I felt like everything was taken care of. Katrina Plans was absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started planning our wedding trip to Cabo, there was so much to coordinate, especially since we were traveling with our whole family. Katrina stepped right in and took the reins on everything. Our travel was seamless from start to finish, from checking in for flights, clearing customs, checking in at the resort, and going on our excursion. Katrina, by far is the best travel agent we have ever used. Her attention to detail is outstanding as are her communication skills. Katrina booked our 50th anniversary trip for 3 families for a total of 10 individuals with varying activities and dining requests. Katrina helped us organize a trip for our family to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary coming up in August. She coordinated a trip to Maui, Hawaii between three families all with different interests and activities. Everything was organized in a "Trip Plans" app and was easy to access before and during the trip. She even put approximate times to leave for excursions with addresses that made it is easy to know when and where we needed to be. Katrina was quick to respond anytime we had questions and was available during the trip to help us get waivers signed before excursions. This was seriously the best vacation we have ever been on!
