I love working with a boutique travel firm that provides unparalleled insider access and exclusive “not open to the public” opportunities to see, do, taste, and visit things most people only dream of --on a daily basis! This means private, custom-designed walking tours, tasting of mythic wines, access to lesser-known historic sites, cultural treasures, private châteaux, special wine tasting, and art that is either not available to the public or rarely seen.
When it comes to the major sites, there are “no-line” entries or easier access entries with guides who are highly knowledgeable. There are unique foodie experiences from meeting and cooking with Michelin-starred chefs, off-menu dining in top restaurants and private chefs to rustic mom and pop bistros, homemade local meals, authentic picnics, "insider market tours and tastings" and top gastro-bistros. Even with all of that, it is authentic, insider, and real, not stuffy.

Traveling alone for the first time, I was a little apprehensive. The level of service and care shown to me by made me feel like I wasn't alone the whole trip!

my travel agent, Danielle, was amazing! My husband and I, we are not travel savvy, so when it came down to it, it was as if she was traveling with us. Each time we weren't sure which direction to go, we would say to each other, "check text messages/email,"and she would be 5 steps ahead of us! She knew what gates/terminals we should be at, because the airline would change them, while you’re sitting at the original gate. Don’t get me started on departures, arrivals or any delays! I think she works 24-7, because there was an 18 hour difference between us, she would respond in a timely manner. My husband was totally grateful for the seats on the plane because of is height!! The best part of our trip was...Our hotel and its location! The hotel is in walking distance from all eateries. Danielle provided all the trip information I needed in a text (much more familiar to me than the Tripit) and she checked in with me and told me which gate the next flight was leaving from.
I can't wait to use your expertise to plan a really complicated trip!!! Those are always hard; so many moving parts compared to domestic trips round trip to one location.

Trip Success Despite Issues!
Before going on my trip, I wish I had known about all the issues with travel that can come up like cancelled flights, transportation to and from airports, etc. Yet the best part of my trip was having the support of a travel agent. Although I have traveled before without one it made the trip so much better especially when we got stuck with a cancelled flight. Danielle, you were a life saver. We were so tired, standing forever in a line waiting for help from the airlines. There were hundreds in line and it took hours and drained our energy. Thank you so much for helping us find transportation to the airport in Greece and especially getting us a flight out of New York and hotel so quickly. We were at the point of exhaustion.
