Holly recently assisted us with a family trip to Walt Disney World. She is very professional and responsive. We had a lot of questions, and her extensive knowledge and experience with Disney was so valuable. She had knowledge of a larger room layout available at one of the hotels we were considering, which we likely wouldn't have known about without her help. This room was an ideal fit for our family for a 6 night stay. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to multiple illnesses in our family. Holly helped navigate us with rescheduling the trip.
