Hello Wanderers! I am Ayse (eye-Sha) Tillman, the heart and brains behind Geeked Getaways. I was an Army brat growing up, moving around the country, and I married an airman, traveling a bit more for a while. Now that we live in idyllic North Carolina suburbia, I wanted to share our love of traveling with others like us: the gamers, the wizards, the geeks, and the nerds. 

I've always had a special interest in ancient history and mythology, and a penchant for research. Your geek affinity doesn't need to be to a pop-culture icon to qualify as a Wanderer. If you're an art geek, I'll look for the galleries near your destination. If you're a history buff, I can find that special expedition that will tickle your adventurous fancy. I've sent clients to Africa, Latin America, and Europe; soon to add an annual group trip to Japan.
