My passion for travel began at an early age, sparked by the family vacations we took every summer. We drove all over the United States, which fostered my love for this beautiful country. In reality, this entailed spending 9-10 hours a day riding in a cramped station wagon with my younger brother. I've been fortunate enough to travel to Europe, Hawaii, Israel, Russia and the Bahamas, just to name a few. The Mediterranean cruise I took with my family was one of the highlights of my life as we toured the Greek Islands and experienced the wonders of Pompeii. Now that I have children and grandchildren of my own, I am seeing the world through their eyes as we travel the world together. Disney is one of the family favorites. As gorgeous and exciting as each of these places are, there is nothing like experiencing them with family and friends. These are the stories that last a lifetime-the stories that never get old no matter how often they're told and only get funnier and maybe even a little exaggerated with the passage of time. I am a native Houstonian and live in Katy, Texas with my husband, Steve. I have two grown daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in communications and worked in advertising at The Houston Post newspaper until starting a family. After my children left for college, I returned to the workplace as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. My favorite part of selling real estate was having the opportunity to make peoples' dreams come true.
